About the Advisor
Mr. Mashallah Afshar is the co-owner and founder of Pars Financial. He is a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist, E.A. (Enrolled to Practice before the Internal Revenue Service), and holds an MBA degree. Mr. Afshar began his professional journey in Iran, working for the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) for over 14 years as a quantitative oil processor, controller, and accountant. In 1976, he moved to the United States, completed his Master’s degree, and joined an oil company in Dallas, eventually becoming the Controlled and Credit Manager for Texaco Distribution Tank Farm Operation due to his dedication and expertise.
In 1980, Mr. Afshar founded Pars Financial and Tax Services. For more than four decades, Pars Financial has assisted over 500 business and personal clients. As a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist and IRS enrolled agent, Mr. Afshar specializes in tax emergencies, tax planning, and providing strategic financial guidance to help clients achieve their goals.
