About The Advisor
Amir Monsefi, CEPA, CPFA, SE-AWMA™, CPWA®, is the Co-Founder, CEO, CIO, and Chief Compliance Officer of AIRE. With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry—including more than 20 years in management—Amir combines deep expertise with a passion for leadership and innovation. He creates and manages investment portfolios, develops and coaches financial advisors, and oversees the day-to-day operations and growth of the firm.
Experience & Background
Before founding AIRE, Amir served as Senior Resident Director at Merrill Lynch’s Century City, California office, supervising over 55 financial advisors. He has also held leadership and advisory roles at UBS and TD Ameritrade. Amir’s extensive experience in wealth management and management enables him to deliver exceptional guidance and client-focused strategies.

Personal Life
An avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast, Amir has visited all 50 U.S. states and five continents. He is fluent in English and Farsi, proficient in French, and enjoys waterskiing, golf, tennis, pickleball, fencing, ice hockey, and poker. Amir spends quality time with his wife, Melissa, and children Kameron, Chloe, and Kylie, while actively giving back to the community through charitable contributions and volunteer work.
